Taylor Swift's Successful Eras Tour resumed in london Thursday after cancelling her concerts in Vienna earlier this month due to Alleged terrorist plot foiled.
Fans dressed in Taylor Swift-inspired outfits flocked to Wembley Stadium for the show on Thursday amid extra security.
“This is my first time seeing her live. I'm so excited,” said one fan.
“I just want to hear from the fans and their reactions, especially after what happened last week,” one fan told CBS News.
Fans were not allowed to gather and hang out outside Wembley Stadium, as they have done at many of Taylor Swift's other concerts. During her Munich shows, fans gathered on a nearby hill to watch the concert from above the stadium fences.
“Here in the UK, we are very well-versed in organising major events,” security expert Ben Nott told CBS News. “You may not see some of the tactics we use, some of the covert measures, but everything is designed to keep people safe.”
New security measures have been put in place for events in the UK after Explosion at Ariana Grande concert The Manchester attack killed 22 people in 2017, Nott told CBS News.
“Every major event is constantly being assessed all the time and if it is deemed unsafe, it will not take place here in the UK,” said Nott.

“This is the first time I've ever left the United States in my entire life to see Taylor, so I'm so happy right now. I can't believe this is finally happening,” Lara Brennan of Tucson, Arizona, told CBS News outside the ceremony.
