Lyon has identified rising Indian star Yashasvi Jaiswal as the latest threat the Australians will have to face. The 22-year-old opening batsman averages 68 after nine Test matches, with three centuries, including 209 against England.

“India seem to have the ability to pluck a player out of nowhere and become an absolute star. Look at this Jaiswal. I haven't met him yet, but this will be a huge challenge for all the bowlers,” Lyon said.

“I watched closely the way he played in the last Test series against England in India, and I thought he was absolutely amazing.”
