Swift expressed shock at the attack last month. In a statement posted to her Instagram account in July, she expressed “horror” at the “loss of life and innocence and the horrific trauma experienced by everyone who was there, the families, and the first responders.”
“These were just little kids in a dance class,” the post read. “I am completely at a loss and don’t know how to express my sympathy to these families.”
