Shortly after White's comments on Tuesday, Dvalishvili went on Instagram Live to show that he was indeed back in the gym for what he said was his third training session of the day.
UFC 306, also known as Noche UFC, takes place on September 14 and is the first major event at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The bout between Dvalishvili and O'Malley (18-1 MMA, 10-1 UFC) is the main event of the tournament.
